Is it worth it to go on and get a BN, or stay with associates?

The decision is yours to make but it needs to be for the right reasons.

Do you want to stay in patient care or go on to administrative practice?

Manager, Department Head? Stepping stone to NP or NA?

Don't do it because you think you'll be getting any greater pay than you are right now. That includes advance practice degrees.
