Schedule help!!!

Hi everyone,

I am a pre-nursing student who JUST started! The only class I have completed so far is Engliah 101 and I got an A Thank Goodness. I work full time so I am planning on taking 2 classes a semester and possible summer classes too. (I know this is going to take a while). I have to take the following classes: English 102, Psychology, Math, SOciology, Psychology, Speech, and my 4 sciences: A&P I&II, Micro, and Chem. Being I am only taking 2 classes a semester, I was thinking of taking the liberal arts classes 2 at a time, and my sciences 1 at a time to ensure i get an A.

Should I take all my sciences first, or last?

You are right to spread out the sciences. Dont take summer sciences unless you can work at an extremely fast pace.

I would probably combine:

Speech

Psych - Summer session (these classes are easier to take at a fast pace- knock them out ASAP)

English

Math - fall or spring session (depends on the type of math course whether or not it would make a good summer class, but usually not)

A&P1

Soc - fall or spring session (combine the easier courses with the hard science)

Speech

A&P 2 - fall or spring session

(Or combine speech and Sociology for one semester(summer!), and you could do the sciences one at a time like you are thinking. )

Chem

Micro - they almost go hand in hand and one may help you with the other. If you dont want to take them together, you dont have to.

Thats just my general idea of combining them, expecially when you are working fulltime already.

Best of luck!!
