I have Saunders Comprehensive Review 4th Edition and I think I will finish it a few months before my exam at this rate (I don't test till June or July).
I also have Lippincott, but I like the format of the Saunders Q &A review better and am thinking about buying that one too.
My question is - do the two Saunders books have identical questions? Is it redundant to get both, or helpful?
Thanks.

All edition have same question. Dont make the mistake of throwing money away.
i have all edition of sauders and lippincort. They are the best book so far.
I actually meant the difference between Saunders Comprehensive Review and the Saunders Q&A Review.
Are those different?
Are both good?

Both are good. The former will help you review the facts while the latter will enhance your test-taking strategies. It will also help you review as long as you read the rationales. Both are good but if you have to choose one, id say the Q&A will help you more.
Just my two cents.
Sounds good. Maybe I'll buy it.
So you didn't find that the Q&A Review questions were just duplicates of the questions on the Comprehensive Review CD?
(That's sort of my fear about buying both books, since I already own Comprehensive. Want to make sure Q&A has new questions)
but the 4th ed Q&A is more fancy than the 3rd ed. but all depend on ur choice of what u need.
