SATA & PRIORITY

Can someone please tell me how to think about this NCLEX? I recently listened to Mark K which says SATA (look at like true/false) Priority (stable vs unstable, acute vs chronic)

I failed my exam before and do not want to fail it again, I did it that way but now I am thinking perhaps I should have used ABC's. Any suggestions? Retaking it in a couple of months
