I need some help. Have been falsley accused of diverting percocet. I work in a non union hospital. I was called to the nursing office and told 2 pts complained they didn't receive their meds. All meds have been acct for in pyxis. Was told to enroll in impaired nurses prog. to maintain enployment (31 years) and told to leave pemisis. Have obtained a lawyer. Would like input from anyone in similar situation.

Didn't they ask you to take either urine or blood tests for presence of drug in your system? Personally, though have never been in similar situation have worked in several places where meds would come up missing and anyone who could have possibly be involved was tested.

Sounds to me like there is either more involved here than posted or maybe they are trying to help you out the door. Sounds to me like it was a wise decision to hire a lawyer!

Sorry. {{{{{{Santa Fe}}}}}}
