Robotic Surgery

Do any of you use the Intuitive Robotic Surgery console? If so, what do you use for an obturator in your 8mm robotic ports? We are currently using a blue obturator that previously was made by Taut, now made by Intuitive (the non disposable obturators are d/c'd) The patient incurs a HUGE charge for these but we currently have no other, cheaper options. I'd love to know what you are using and how much the cost is. Thanks!

The disposabe and the reusable (didn't know they d/c'd them....we just got some in late 2010) are the only 2 options I know of. I know the disposable carries some cost, but I thought they were only about $30 each and since you only need one per case, that doesn't seem that HUGE of a cost to me, especially when you consider the price of each endowrist instrument that gets used each case.
