Congratulations! I have applied for the 2010 nursing program at Roane State. I didn't have my algebra credit in enough time to apply for this coming fall. Do you have any advice on improving my chances of getting in?Thanks & Good Luck! :)
I sent you a private message with a little more detail, but I would take Dr. Anthony Jenkins for A&P 1&2, if you can get into his class. It fills up very quickly.
The best thing that you can do to improve your chances are to make outstanding grades in your Science classes. You are in control of whether or not you get in. Just do your best.
You do not have to have all of your prerequisites complete to apply. As long as you have at least 12 hours, including a Math, you can apply in Spring. Remember the deadline is usually the 3rd week in January. Double check the date. Do not miss that deadline.
If you have any other questions, feel free to PM me and I'll help as much as I can.
Good luck to you!
