RNFA as an ARNP?

A few questions for anyone who is currently working as an RNFA as a nurse practitioner:

How did you find a surgeon to precept you for the RIFA program?

Anyone do this with an FNP? Did this seem to be a problem for anyone?

Starting salary as a new grad ARNP RNFA?

When did you actually apply for the RIFA program during/after NP school?
