I am currently a nursing student in Orlando FL. After I graduate I am going to move to ALBANY NY! I was wondering what I need to do to transfer my RN lisense from FL to NY?!!! if anyone knows or has experience that would be great. I am enrolled in Concorde career college of Orlando if anyone knows the requirements of education that would help also... Thank you

First off, you don't "transfer" your license. Licenses don't transfer. You apply for a new license in NY on the basis of being licensed in FL; this is called licensure "by endorsement."

However, if you're still in school and not licensed at all, and know for sure that you're moving to NY when you graduate, you can skip Florida entirely and just apply for initial licensure in NY. If you're definitely not going to be practicing in FL, getting licensed in FL and then applying for NY licensure will just cost you unnecessary time and money.

Best wishes!
