Dosage calculation/Nursing care test has to be taken prior to confirming new job. Any ideas of what type of questions I might find?

If is is a 'test' that will determine you eligibility for hire, it must be a valid & reliable tool (Federal Law) that is given to everyone who applies for that job. These requirements are beyond the capability of most organizations, so it's probably a standardized test from a 3rd party vendor and there is a cost associated with it. Since most organizations cannot afford to use multiple tests for each different clinical area, it will more than likely be very general so that it applies to all applicants. If they fail to adhere to these requirements, they are leaving themselves wide open to charges of discrimination.... very expensive to defend.

Bottom line? There's a good chance it will focus on general principles that apply to all clinical areas, like dosage calculation & conversions. Make sure you are familiar with metric conversions & formulae for determining dosages. If any drugs are included, I would expect that they are very common across patient populations.
