RN for Samoa

Good day fellow Nurses. I called the Samoa BON for NCLEX certification however they told me to take the NCLEX exam in California because they can't review my credentials. However, taking NCLEX in California will require me a US SSN and I don't have that. Can I just take NCLEX exam in any state? Which state do you think would be the easiest to apply to? Anny suggestions on what's the best thing I could do? PLEASE HELP ME :(

    It is difficult to respond without more information. For instance, you don't say where you live or where you received your nurse training. The NCLEX exam is the same regardless of where you take it, despite some nurses colloquially calling it "state boards". Where you should apply depends upon several things.
