RN and massage

Hello! I found this site while trying to learn some specifics about RNs doing massage in Tennessee. Can an RN do massage because of the RN degree, and therefore not need a specific massage therapy license? Any info would be appreciated!

I know several RNs who decided to specialize in massage. All of them went to a special program to become certified.

I heard about a group of nurse massage therapist. with a little investigation, I found out that the group requires 500 hours of training in massage therapy by a recognized institution. It's been a while since I looked it up but it shouldn't be hard to find on the internet.
