RN to BSN PMI

I received an offer for a RN to BSN program from Pima Medical Institute free tuition for the full 19 month program, all I would have to pay is about 2300 for books and a tablet since it's an online program. However, the first document required to register and sign is an acknowledgment stating the school is in the process of getting CCNE certification, saying they already sent the application.

I'm just seeking advise as to whether or not it would be a good option since it's so cheap but not certified yet.

What would you do? Accept this offer or just go to a school that already has the certification like UTA online?

could it be that they are just in need of students to get their CCNE accreditation and that's the reason they are doing this?

Pass on that offer! It's free yes, but what happens if they don't get certified? Take a cheap school that is certified, UTA seems to fit the bill for most. Don't take a meaningless risk. Goodluck.
