RN to BSN - do it now or wait?

Hello everyone, I am a brand-new nurse. I have just graduated with my ASN and I have a job lined up at a hospital. I want to get into and RN to BSN program as soon as possible, but I wonder if I should just wait until I learn more about my new job before I do that. Any thoughts?

Get acquainted with your job for a few months, and then do it. Also, keep in mind that the whole rumor of BSNs making more money is a bit exaggerated. It looks great for management positions and getting your master's and doctorate.
