Returning to bedside/refresher course

Hey everyone !

I am wondering if anyone knows which state BONs require a refresher course to return to bedside if you have been working remote as a CM for 4 years. Prior to that I was 3 years Ms/3 years ICU.  Asking about CO specifically. Thanks
