I am putting my resume together as a new grad LVN. Formatting is not the issue, however, I would like to know what is being included in an area similar to "student clinical experience" Just a list of facilities along with dates or are you putting down a list of what you did at each. It seems that most employers will ask during the interview about what was done at each, if they really want to know.
I have worked in the medical field for some 10 years so I have work experience and references. Are most people noting membership to organizations and awards received?
Thanks for the input!

On my resume, I included my schooling and my AHA CPR certification. For the clinical experience, I included my experience with physical examination, documentation, communication and nursing care of the variety of types of patients I had: peds, psych, medical-surgical adults, neonatal, perinatal. I then simply listed the hospitals at which I had my clinical experience. For my previous work history, I just listed the company, my position, and dates of employment. Then I had a section for awards and service. Good luck.
