I graduated from an ADN program in May and passed the NCLEX. I have applied to several different hospitals with no luck. I was wondering if it is my resume. I did my preceptorship in the labor and delivery unit , so most of my experience is in that unit, but I am up for learning any area. I do not have healthcare experience but have extensive supervisor experience. In my management experience I have learned great critical thinking skills and delegation with jobs and employees. I feel my experience will help me a ot in nursing but I am not sure how to mix the two on my resume. I also have a ton of volunteer work and even applied to volunteered at the hospital I really want to work with no success. HELP!!
