Resume HELP!

Hi All!

I'm a new LPN (June 08) I've been lucky enough to transition into a LPN position at my current job at a home health agency. I LOVE the job - and I'm really happy there....but I need to update my resume now that I'm not a Medical Assitant anymore....(I'm planning on staying where I am and also applying for another home health agency - just because there aren't enough visits just working at the one place) Anyway, I finish my RN program in May 09' and I wasn't really even planning of updating the resume till I figured out I need to go somewhere else! Now my delema is this - I have tons and tons of healthcare experience in many different areas but the positions held were not licensed positions just Tech stuff.......basically my whole life since 18 I've been in the medical field - only now that I'm a LPN I am having trouble with the resume....Should I put all that experience lumped together? I feel like my resume would look pretty weak since I just got my LPN in June...Am I even making sense - it's late...anyway - Any help, suggestions, advice would be greatly appriciated! Thanks! I found some great templates - but it's not geared toward having medical experience prior to LPN.....arg:banghead:
