Resume advice

I have been following various tips and pointers here especially by Bayat about making a resume. When entering clinical experience, is this going to make my resume cluttered? My school divides the program into two and so I had almost every class and clinical twice that is first year and second year. Should I include all these rotations separately?

SECOND YEAR

Med-Surg 5(ED) Wilmington Hospital, Newark, DE 03/2013 - 05/2013 x hrs

Med-Surg 5(Cardiac) Christiana Hospital, Newark, DE 03/2013 - 05/2013 x hrs

Pediatrics A.I DuPont Hospital, Wilmington, DE 02/2013 x hrs

Psychiatric Rockford Center, Newark, DE 02/2013 x hrs

Med-Surg 4 Christiana Hospital, Newark, DE 03/2013 - 05/2013 x hrs

OB/GYN (L&D) Christiana Hospital, Newark, DE 01/2013 x hrs

FIRST YEAR

Med-Surg 3 Kent General Hospital, Dover, DE 03/2013 - 05/2013 x hrs

Med-Surg 2 Chester River Hospital, Chestertown, MD 03/2013 - 05/2013 x hrs

Psychiatric Rockford Center, Newark, DE 02/2013 x hrs

OB/GYN(PP) Kent General Hospital, Dover, DE 01/2013 x hrs

Pediatrics Kent General Hospital, Dover, DE 02/2013 x hrs

Long Term Care Genesis Healthcare, Dover, DE 10/2011 - 12/2012 x hrs

If you are worried about your resume being cluttered, I would prepare each resume for each position listing only relevant clinical rotations. I have a document created listing each of my clinicals and descriptors to use.. So I would only list the relevant clinical experiences and the descriptors that relate to the position you are applying for. Best of luck with the resume and job search!! :)

You have just 15 seconds to grab my attention when I open resume attached to online application. I recommend listing just total hours spent in rotation otherwise looks too padded and cluttered.

Thanks for the advice.
