Resume - where to add Unit Practice Council member?

I am updating my resume as an RN with one year experience and ready to shop around for a new position. I joined my unit's Unit Practice Council (UPC) recently and would like to add that to my resume. Where do I put that in the resume and how much info do I include? Thank you!
