Resource-Sample Pt Hx

Hello All!

I am an RN student and I am wondering if any of you out there know of good places to find sample patient histories/charts? I am trying to practice drawing up care plans, and wanted some pretend patient information :)

I am trying to make some up, but being a first semester student I know that the variety of made-up patients I could generate is going to be rather limited.

    Welcome to AN! You may want to look into case study books. Might not be a complete chart, but should provide enough information for creating a nursing care plan. As far as resources for care plans, I highly recommending using the search bar in the upper right of the webpage and looking for "GrnTea" "Esme" and "nursing diagnosis". GrnTea and Esme are two posters who have provided a wealth of information for nursing diagnosis and care planning.
