Research Survey!!!!

I'm a graduate student at DePaul University, who is studying the trends of modern nursing education, specifically the masters-level entry programs or generalist degrees. Attached is a survey created to gauge the thoughts and opinions of the nursing population on this type of nursing education. No personal information will be collected beyond your years of practice and education level, and the survey is blind, so the investigators will not see any information on who answered this survey.

It is my hope to identify trends within the population on the ever-changing face of nursing, and your help is greatly appreciated in this matter.
