reminder notes

My school district policy is students need to stay home until they are fever free and no vomiting for 24 hours. I was thinking about sending home notes with sick students reminding parents about our policy. Does anyone send home notes or reminders in newsletters. I would love to see an example.

I give a verbal reminder when they are picked up or during attendance calls. A written reminder is sent with the "packet" in May for the following school year and a reminder appears in each months newsletter. Finally it's printed on the district calendar everyone gets and electronically is on the school website. The only other thing missing is a tattoo, which I'm not getting. Like lice, this problem will always exist.

I think that was a tongue-in-cheek comment
