Remember the thread on advice for interview questions???/

I've searched back through about 30 pages and apparently I'm overlooking it. I'm not sure who started the thread but they were going to their job interview and someone answered who actually does nursing interviews and told them good advice on what to answer when the question "What do you feel are your weaknesses?" comes up. I can't for the life of me remember the thread title and am wanting to go back and read it. Thanks if you can help me.
