Registration Issue

I have worked in Medanta Mediciti Haryana, without having registration with Haryana Nursing Registration.

Hospital didn't ask anything at the time of hiring, they hired multiple staff without Registration with Haryana, as long as the staff was having Punjab registration.

 

NNAS wants to know how I was able to work without registration?
