Refresher course in TN?

Hi! I'm an RN who has not been in a hospital setting for more years than I like to think about!:wink2: My license is still active and current, but it has been doing all kinds of nursing - from doctor's offices to diagnostic testing to missions. Anyway, I'm now considering returning to a hospital setting - my favorite area that I used to work in was surgery. Although I'm still current in licensure, I definitely am not comfortable in re-entering without a refresher course. Does anyone out there know of a good course in the East Tennessee area? THANKS!:Ball:
