refresher classes

Can anyone give some input on the better refresher classes? I'd prefer hands-on clinical with it if at all possible. I've been off the floor about 4 years but i only had a few years general (med/surg) nursing experience before this.

    I would like to know where you went and if it got you a job in acute care? I have been a nurse since 2008, but like l a lot of others, have not been able to get a job in the hospital. So frustrating, I am looking into the Chico State program, but I don not want to spend more money if it is not going to get me a job. I am already spending a lot every month paying back school loans....I live in the SF Bay Area, so it would be nice to find a program closer to home....thanks for any info!
