Refrences for transplants

I am having a problem and wondering if anyone could help me. I have to finish a big paper on liver transplants before i graduate, the only problem is i can only use 3 online refrences and 7 of the other ones have to be from other sources. I tried to find articles pertaining to this subject and most of them tell stories and are not the information that i need ( I guess it also doesn't help that I am not to savvy with the computer looking up info). If anyone could point me into a direction of some refrences I would greatly appreciate it!!

best bet is to use the computer and do a search on either Medline or CINAHL, the library at your school willhave subscriptions to both. It is hard to find transplant stuff that doesn't involve stories and heartwarming moments, but boy, I used to take care of Liver Transplants, many many of them did not do all that well, so I imagine there is quite a body of literature out there. Ask the librarian to help you use CINAHL. Best wishes.

your school should have access to CINAHL. Also your local university (if you're in CC) have huge libraries with medical books. You can go there, find articles, and copy them. It's work but you do get a lot of information. When you have a lot of information, it's easier to make a report. Plus, you'll feel more confident.
