In this forum, it seems, most nurses go through the process of finding an employer to sponsor their immigration to the US by themselves. I haven't seen any recommandation of an agency here, yet. I'm afraid, that probably means, there aren't too many good ones out there... I guess, it makes sense to do it on your own, if you have the required ressources.

I can tell you from my personal experience, that I'm very satisfied with my sponsoring agency in Miami/Florida:

I haven't started working in the USA for them, as the processing of my petition is not finished yet. The terms of the proposed contract sound acceptable to me, though. They did a great job handling my paperwork and have continually provided professional, friendly services over the course of the past months.
