Recovery trek

I just got signed up and was told they will be mailing me the COC forms but I am supposed to start checking in tomorrow. How long does it take to get the COC forms?

    Not long. Many test facilities have extra forms.  Just check in like you're supposed to

    Not long, 5 working days at most, but many secondary testing sites for Affinity-Spectrum and Recovery Trek have not only forms on hand, but they have electronic testing COC submission where they do it electronically and you don't need a form. For primary testing sites (for example, a Quest Home-Primary Lab Facility) you can call Recovery Trek and RT will give you a code that you give the Quest Lab Center and they do it electronically. You will not have any problems before getting the COC forms with testing, if you are selected, but avoid third party testing sites until you get the COC forms because those could be an issue without the form.
