Hey guys! Just wondering if anyone is willing to share recommendations, experiences, or input to aid my CRNA application. I plan to begin applying to CRNA school this Fall through Spring of '23. I don't have a specific school in mind but I'll most likely end up applying to a few. I'll be taking the GRE this fall (haven't even started studying but if anyone has recommendations on that as well I'd appreciate it!). I'll lay out my stats but I'd appreciate any recommendations on additional experience, certifications, classes.... or simply anything that would heighten my odds.
Experience: only 3 years of solely ICU
-Level 1 Neuro Trauma ICU (~1 year)
-Medical ICU (6 months at start of Covid)
-Level 1 Surgical Trauma ICU (~1.5 years; current unit)
Education: my ADN cumulative GPA is 3.3... not great, and my BSN GPA is 3.8
Certifications: CCRN, TCRN, TNCC provider, ACLS, PALS, BLS
Competencies: ECMO specialist, CRRT specialist, preceptor
Leadership: Chair of Nursing Critical Care Council, Co-chair of Unit Council, ICU fellowship competency instructor
I had an incredible experience at the 2 university hospitals I've worked with. I currently work in the STICU and plan to finish out there while I work towards acceptance. I was thinking about taking courses at the university in the fall, either statistics (because I haven't taken it) or courses within the local CRNA program. ANY insight would be extremely helpful. Thanks in advance!!

I love your username. Your stats look good to me, although I’m not on a committee or in school.
What are you looking for in a school? Start there.
Houstons CRNA program is the most affordable. I’ve heard good things about the Northshore too.

Thank you, I appreciate your feedback! My husband is military and we don't have our orders for next Spring yet, so wherever we end up I'll be applying to a nearby school. I'm just looking for a generalized, broad review of my stats to ensure they will be adequate for wherever I apply, and then I'll accommodate for specific requirements.
