The only way to know if you qualify is by meeting their requirements
just now New Mexico sent me message that i am not qualified to apply in their state because i dont have license number yet. they told me to transfer it to vermont. now the next step that irritates me is the CES. i think i will try CGFNS to do CES. the only problem is the procedures. i cant understand their steps because it is too lengthy and difficult to understand. can you help me interpret the procedures please... thanks so much...
the other thing is im not CGFNS passer. all i want to get is CES.. please help me
Not sure what you find difficult with CGFNS website. I would suggest print out the application form for CES and follow the handbook. Once you are sure it is completed correctly then either send by snail mail or complete online however be aware any mistakes made online can not be corrected without contacting CGFNS by mail explaining the mistake.
CGFNS offer a few different services and you do not have to be a CGFNS exam passer to utilise other services they offer

To Silverdragon102,
Could I ask you a question? I finished the application forms online for CES. However, after I printed out the application, I found my status is not correct. I then called the CES services. A man said it is common that our information in our application forms is different from the one we keyed in online. The only thing I need to be sure is I typed the right information online, then it will be fine......I felt the answer is very weird, but he is insisted in his answers. Have you heard about this situation? What do I do? My problem is I passed the NCLEX, but my application indicates that I have NOT taken and passed the NCLEX-RN.....@@

Immigrating to the USA is extremely difficult for PH RNs now. Hiring, the economy are all down. So American RNs are of the highest priority.

Not sure I things have changed but generally CGFNS will only change things if it is submitted in writing so I would suggest just sending in a letter with explanation
