re-take on nclex - need help

Hi guys, posting for a friend

She had taken the exam this year NCLEX TEXAS and will retake as soon as possible. She was under a processing agency initially and wants apply in her own to save on the fees. What would be the initial steps to do. All help is much appreciated

    yes she is, but she is currently in the US.

    her agency is charging her almost 600 dollars for the retake. Her CES will expire still at the end of the year.
