Re-entry program/course for FNP

Hi,

Do you know any re-entry program/refresher programs for FNP in Georgia? Per Georgia rules, I need 160 hours of clinical study. Thanks for your information in advance.

Hello,

Did you ever find a re-entry program/refresher programs for FNP in Georgia? I'm going through the same thing too. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Hi,

I couldn't find any refresher programs; however, fortunately my employer offered a refresher program that was created for me. What I had to do was built a program and completed 160 clinical hours with my preceptors (who were the FNPs in my facility). That's it.

Tip: You can create a program based on the Nursing Board requirements.

Thank you!

Hello,

How long were you out of work that you need to do a re entry program to return to work.  I have taken a year off from work but my license is coming up for renewal and Georgia requires a verification letter of competency of 500 hours at renewal.

Hi guys! I have been out of practice almost 4 years after having 3 babies in 3 years. I am considering returning to the workforce and I would love to hear how it went for you all? How long were y'all out and did you feel confident when you got back in?

Are you able to share your reentry plan outline?
