3rd semester venting.

Hey all!

I'm currently in my 3rd semester for my ADN, as I finish in December. This semester has already been one of the most exhausting ones yet. I work as a tech - 12 hour shifts (majority being Fri-Sun) on a modified schedule (3 - 12 hour shifts one week, 2 - 12 hour shifts the following week). I for some reason want to pull my hair out more and more. I work mid-shift 11a-11p currently, but will be working on a different unit in a few weeks going back to the normal 7a-7p shifts. Maybe since I've been on this mid-shift since October...it's kicking my tail...and the change back to 7a-7p will be what I am needing.

My drive to study is at the all time low, I don't make it to the gym like I use to...I feel like I'm in a slump. Not to mention...I work this Saturday and Sunday 11a-11p with an exam in Med-Surg 1 on Monday morning. I'm doing my best to stay ahead, but it's really difficult for me. I know people get through it every semester (as I have over half-way through school). My second semester seemed difficult, but I was on top of it like stink on c-diff. So I guess I am looking for tips, motivation...anything really to kick me back into gear...
