RCC ? does anyone know?

Does anyone know what the letters RCC behind an RN's name is. I received a document from a nurse at a nursing home that read Nancy Nurse, RN, RCC. Just wondering what it means. Thanks

Maybe Registered Care Consultent??? Just a wild guess...

RCC = Resident Care Coordinator

Nursing homes address clients as residents. AKA Patient Care Coordinator, Nursing Care Coordinator, Head Nurse, Charge Nurse, etc.
