Hello! I am thinking go moving out of state down the line. I have family in Colorado but a family friend's father loves Utah. I could see myself in northern Utah. However, I am curious. Is Utah safe to live in? I have read stories about the downwinders and I was wondering if it is still considered risky to live in a state that was downwind of the nuclear testing in Nevada.
