Questions

hello all!

i'm new here ,I'm RN for 6 years, worked in PICU and NICU ,and i'm thinking to move to usa from israel. didn't do the toefl and the cgfns yet, but it'll be done till september.

q: shall i do the process of imigration through an agency, or maybe it's better by myself?

q2:where is it easier to find a goo job position- CA or NY? where the salary is better?

THANX A LOT!!!

You need to consider the cost-of-living in each area, the pay will reflect that. Yes NY city and California pay more but it costs a lot more to live in those places. Food, gas, housing, and utilities are much more expensive there.

Sorry I don't have answers to your immigration questions but would welcome you as a co-worker in the future.

I work as a travel nurse within the USA, I admire you for being brave enough to travel outside your country.

thank u, dear snowfreeze:)

i thought about the costs yesterday, and even here, in israel i prefer big city with all it's costs :)

i thought about doing CGFNS here, and move to CA- looks the most simple way...and then to do the NCLEX-RN.

does it make sense?- what d'u think?
