Questions for NNPs

I am interested in becoming an NNP, and I have a few questions:

-What do you like most about your career as an NNP?

-What do you dislike most about your career as an NNP?

-Did you have experience in LDRP (or the well baby nursery) before working in the NICU, and if so do you feel it was beneficial to becoming a good NICU RN?

-What type of schedule do most NNPs work?

-According to salary.com the average salary in my area is $95k/year, is this a base salary? Do NNPs get paid shift diffs. like RNs?

-Do most hospitals offer perks like sign on bonus, loan repayment, etc., or are NNPs offered the same benefits as RNs?
