I have researched many pros/cons and now I am considering applying to Kaplan College's ADN Program in San Diego. Before I give my number to a rep, I have a few questions that I would like answered on here first.
Thanks in advance. :)

They do collect $20 when they enroll you but it is refundable if you are not accepted. The pre-reqs are English Composition, Sociology, Psych, College Algebra, Anatomy and Physiology. If you've taken a higher Math or Psych or anything they may credit you for those instead. Having your CNA license does not lower thr cost of your tuition but it can definitely improve your chances of being accepted especially if you've worked as a CNA already. The cost does include books, equipment, uniforms, and insurance. The next cohort starts in May but unfortunately I don't know the application deadline. If you're interested you might want to inquire soon cuz you'll also need to take the TEAS and Kaplan only offers it twice a month or you can take it at SDSU for almost double the price.
I started Kaplan just last week and am happy with my decision. It is an accelerated program so you do have to be extremely dedicated and know that this is truly what you want! Good luck to you!
Actually, let me clarify my bit on the pre-reqs. There are actually no pre-reqs to get into Kaplans nursing program. The classes I listed are required to go on to your core nursing classes. If you haven't taken any pre-reqs you can take them there. You only need a high TEAS score( they say above 80 is competitive) and either medical experience, a degree, or be an alumni of Kaplan to be eligible to apply.
Thanks very much and congratz on just starting! :)
