questions to ASK for OR interview?

Hi,

Interviewing for a position in the OR, and I really, really want this position. Any suggestions for questions to ASK the interviewer about? Of course I would ask the specifics of the program (it's a Fellowship), but not sure what else I should ask to convey my enthusiasm.

Many thanks!!:)

I'm not really sure what a fellowship is, but I would ask for a copy of the job description. What is your leadership style? What opportunities exist to get involved such as specialty or resource teams that focus and putting research into practice?

I might ask about surgeons or anesthesiolgists and how many have serious personality disorders. I ask this half joking, half serious. I worked at one facility where several surgeons had some major issues, this also goes for anesthesiolgists. I lasted about 4 months at that facility before I quit. I could not stand the passive aggressive behavior and the out right aggressiveness of these doctors. The other nurses at this facility were all burned out and depressed, and that will suck the life out of you, it's not worth the pay check.

How much call will you have?
