only 75 question...

I am FREAKING out!!! I only had 75 questions and it only took me about 45 min... I left totally thinging I failed. I cried all the way home, and am still freaking out... It seemed like every other question was a "select all that apply" that I had no idea how to answer. There were words on there that I had NEVER seen or heard of. I hoping that means that my level of questions was high enough that it only took 75 questions to determine I passed, but Im still really upset. There were alot of other people from my nursing class there that day and I was the last person to sit down and the first one to leave. I left the room with tears in my eyes. I am paying for the quick results, but I also tried the whole reregister with pearson vue and it wouldnt let me, but I'm not trusting that. I also heard the Texas BON updates on tues and Thursdays and it would be on the website before 48 hours is up if thats the truth.... Fingers and toes crossed, but I woild put money on the fact that I failed and will lose my spot in the internship in ICU at one of the biggest most advanced hospital in Texas...

Still in tears...

The fact that you got so many SATA and other high difficulty questions is a good sign. I think the NCLEX is designed to make you think you failed no matter what. An instructor who writes questions for it told me that the test ensures that you only answer about 50% of the questions right. That combined with the fact that you got the "good pop-up" makes me think that you passed!

Sounds like my test! Was the 8th (out of 13 or 14) to sit and first done. 75 questions about 50 minutes and quite a few SATA.....I have the good pop up as well! Fingers crossed for us!

that was my test too but been getting the good pop up

I tried the PVT and I got up the point where I could type in my credit card info... Do I put the info in then wait to c whether it will confirms the payment or gives me the error message indicating I possibly passed the test or since I am able to enter my cc number does that possibly mean I failed? I had to put it in then my account is charged $200

I hate to put my cc number in then it charge my account
