I am looking at going into the Air Force or Army and I was wondering what are my chances of becoming an ER nurse in each branch?

Becoming an ER nurse in each branch isn't really hard, if you already have atleast one year experience in ER then you should be able to join either as an ER nurse.

As a new nurse you will probably have to work med-surg until you can attend the ER training that each branch offers.

Specifically, the AF requires two years time on station before you can apply for the AF's ER/critiical care internship.

For the Army you will probably be required to start out in Med-Surg, but this isn't always the case. After a year or so you can apply for a specialty course of your choice; in your case ER. The Army does not require you to choose a particular specialty- you are free to choose yourself.
