Question Regarding RN Temporary Permit and resume

I was hoping someone may be able to help me with this...

I am looking for jobs in both NJ and PA.

I have a NJ RN license. I recently received my RN Temporary Permit from the state of Pennsylvania. My permanent license is still in process for Pennsylvania. How should I include this information on a resume? Should I state under my license/ certification heading that I have a RN Temporary Permit and include the permit number? I wasn't sure if this would possibly confuse someone reading my resume.

Thanks very much in advance to anyone that can help!

I would list under seperate category on resume.

Some add it under heading section

NJ License # 25-999999RN

PA Temp Permit # RN999999L

While others list seperate category on resume after education

Licensure: NJ-Active RN license; PA-Temporary Practice Permit; applied for permanent license.

In years past it was common to place license # on resume; with advent identity theft and online verification ease, I verify name on online state website, cross checked to address and drivers license along with PA's wallet card ---aware some states stopped issuing license certificate and wallet card.

Thank you so much! That was very helpful :) This is one of the few times I've had someone respond to my posts and I greatly appreciate it!
