question regarding accidents

hi, im cat il be taking the nclex second time around this june 12. really stressful since i have to go back to the exam center again... well im doing my best to relax and be positive about it;)

i have this question: if an accident occur, let's say a bus turned over and a lot of people were hurt, who would i attend first? the least injured or the most injured?

i understand that in disasters, u attend to the least injured first so im not sure if its the same principle that i would apply.

hope i would be enlightened. thanks!

i would assess the person who has the most severe injury first when answering that question i would apply the abc's and who is least stable . im taking my test on june 10,2006 and this will be my second time around and last by gods grace i was crushed when i found out about the failing but i been studying since april 26 non stop and i feel alot better when in answering the question i used saunders 3rd edtion and its a great book . what have you been using and good luck to you i know you will do well we have came this far god would not let us down plus we have advantage we have seen the testing center before and have an idea of whats ahead of us
