Question for the pros...

Hey guys,

Most of you know I just accepted (yesterday) the position for my first job in the NICU. I interviewed with four different people and was offered the job the same day. Do I need to send individual thank you notes to each person? Do I need to send a thank you at all? Help!

I would just send one card each to the NICU and to human resources.

I interviewed with the nurse manager, nurse educator and assistant manager from the NICU. Do I send one card and just add all their names?

Where I currently work, nurse recruitment is in a building three buildings away from our unit and our nurse educator is two buildings away, so I wrote three notes....I was afraid that because of the distance, the others would never see it.

Congrats on your new position....You're gonna love it!

Well I suppose you should send them all cards if you're worried.

I'm so rude - I never sent anyone thank you cards when I was interviewing! :( I didn't know I had to!
