Question about plasma and starvation.....

I have to do a report and the question is "What effect does starvation have on blood plasma?" If anyone knows of a good website or any place I can find information I would greatly appreciate it. I've googled all day and can't find diddly. Is there a medical website somewhere they could benefit?
