Question for Nurses

Hello! 

As part of an assignment for class, I was asked to reach out to nurses and get their insight into identifying unmet clinical needs. Is there anything that you encounter in your day to day job that you think "there should be a better way to do this" or "there should be a device that does ____ for me". Please help me to identify these unmet need areas, any information is helpful. Thank you so much in advance!

    For me, HR should stop turning down so many applicants so that there can actually be enough nurses and aides on the floor so that my patients can actually get the attention they need
