Question about Lipinncott

I have the Brunner med/surg text book 10th edition and the book came with an NCLEX review CD (Lipincott) is this what you were talking about for priority questions? There are like 10,000 question on here though and I don't see a specific category for prioritization but maybe someone here can steer me? Thanks,
