Question about CGFNS process...

Hi! I just started my process with CGFNS, I did the application online, I paid and I sent in all the documents they requested... I sent the letter as a certified mail for their P.O. Box address that appears on the majority of the forms, but when I was tracking the mail trough the USPS this is what appears:

We attempted to deliver your item at 11:28 am on March 09, 2011 in PHILADELPHIA, PA 19101 and a notice was left because an authorized recipient was not available. You may arrange redelivery by visiting www.usps.com/redelivery begin_of_the_skype_highlighting 800-ASK-USPS end_of_the_skype_highlighting, or may pick up the item at the Post Office indicated on the notice. If this item is unclaimed after 15 days then it will be returned to the sender. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later. or calling 800-ASK-USPS

When I am checking the order status it still says that they are waiting for the documents to be received. I found out there is another address to contact them, the Market Street one.... To which address did you guys sent your application, and how long it took to be received? Should I send the documents again for the other address? I didn't received the CGFNS ID number... Do you guys know how long it takes until they send me the number?

I appreciate all the answers because I am really concern... If I am having issues in the begining of the process I don't even want to think about the rest.... :eek:

    i sent mine through the market street address( physical address ) and was received on the 28th dec,by the 10th of january my status was still awaiting for documents.I contacted them and they said it takes 7 to 15 days to update a file,then 8 to 10 weeks to give a report. Its frustarting but keep your head high and keep checking. am consoling myself with a bowl of popcorns while waiting for my status update.:)

    Well,finally they received my documents... My status is now ready for processing and it says that they are waiting for my license and transcript validation from school and boards... I know that thing takes time... I'm gonna wait a couple of weeks and then I'll call them. Thanks for your reply... :)

    @Inezita hi, same exact thing happened to me. I just want to ask what did u do to fix this problem? Did cgfns ever picked it up from the post office? Or did usps redeliver it?Pls reply asap coz they only gave me 5days or my credentials will be send back to the Phil. And I only got a month left to submit my papers thank you so much!!!!
